Refund and Cancellation policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product provided, we will refund back the money, If the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our products, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
We are ready to accept cancellation before order shipped, once order shipped we won’t accept any cancellation request. Cancellation fee will be charged (if applicable).
Refund Policy
The Refund of the full amount excluding the convenience fee charged will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Convenience fee or handling fee is not refundable in any case.
Once a refund is processed, it will take 3-4 working days to reflect in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
